Our sales team
Our knowledgeable sales team are always looking to help chefs choose the best quality products and introduce menu ideas. They can update you daily or weekly, or you can simply take a look at our daily blog.
Our fishmongers are highly-skilled craftsmen. It’s their job to prepare each order to your exact requirements, whether it’s simply gutted, or filleted and cut in a special way. All are trained to BRC standards and Food and Hygiene certifications.
Our drivers are the face our customers see every day. All our drivers are trained to BRC and food management standards.
