Kevin Weyman

Kevin WeymanKevin has been selling fish for over 20 years and now heads up our sales team. Kevin also has a good knowledge of non-fish food products, which he gained from working in the fine food industry, which helps the chefs that we supply with new menu ideas.

Gary Goddard

Gary GoddardGary is our office sales manager and works closely with our customer service team. Being an ex-chef and having worked as a field sales manager, Gary is experienced in all aspects of fish sales and can competently discuss menu ideas with chefs.

Derek Mudge

Derek MudgeDerek first joined Kingfisher back in the early 1990s as a delivery driver.  We soon recognised his ability to talk with the customers, so he moved into our sales team. Apart from a break when he mistakenly thought the grass was greener elsewhere, he is an integral member of our sales team. Derek deals with most of our top end restaurants and hotels.

Lisa Pearce

Lisa is the sales supervisor in our satellite office in Birmingham. She has been selling fresh fish around the Birmingham area for nine years and has a great rapport with all her chefs.
