Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to Seafood Holdings Ltd (trading as Direct Seafoods/Kedgeree recipe competition:

  1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Seafood Holdings Ltd employees (and their families) and anyone connected with this promotion.
  2. There is no purchase requirement to enter.
  3. All entries must be received between 1st September 2011 and 31st October 2011. Entries received after 31st October 2011 will not be accepted.
  4. All entrants must accept that the recipe sent in is theirs and has no copyright infringements.
  5. The promoter has the right to publish any recipes received
  6. The main prize is a special box of selected fresh fish. The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
  7. The Winner: there will be one winner who will be chosen on 1st December 2011 from all valid entries.
  8. The winner will be notified by email of their success within seven days of the draw date.
  9. In order to take advantage of the Prize the winner must consent to the following conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and/or photograph for future publicity and promotions. By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable marketing activity connected with the promotion.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entrance.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize.
  14. Seafood Holdings Ltd (trading as Seafood Holdings) may contact you about our products and services that might be of interest to you. By entering this competition you will be indicating your consent to receiving marketing communications by email and agreeing to our privacy policy.
