What is a Canadian Lobster?

Canadian Lobster live on the sea bed of the North West Atlantic ocean. They are caught using pots and seasonality wise, Canadian Lobster are most abundant and best value from October to January and June to July.

Canadian Lobster have a strong, sweet taste and it is possible to achieve a 20-25% yield from a lobster depending on the season. MSC certified Canadian Lobsters are available.
