What is are Langoustines?
Langoustines are crustaceans living on the sea bed and tend to be caught via creel or dredging. They are generally available all year round. Langoustines have a similar aroma to Lobster and a smooth texture, with a rich, sweet tasting flesh.
Langoustines have little after-taste. Lobsters provide an alternative to Langoustines.
